Intellectual Property Securities Corporation (IPSE) Announces CFO Transition
NEW YORK, NY – May 30, 2025 – Intellectual Property Securities Corporation (IPSE) today announced that Steven Antebi has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. The company has named Dourgam Kummer as the new CFO and successor to Mr. Antebi in this role.
Kummer, who previously served as IPSE’s CFO and most recently as its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), continued to manage key administrative and financial duties throughout Antebi’s tenure. He maintained the company’s books and records during this period, ensuring stability and consistency in IPSE’s financial operations. This ongoing involvement provides for a seamless transition as Kummer reassumes the CFO responsibilities.
Christian Frampton, Chief Executive Officer of IPSE, stated, “Steven has been a valuable part of our leadership team, and we thank him for his financial stewardship during his time here.
